hank you for your interest in the most exciting new apartment community in St. Louis - King Louis Square. Please take a few moments to read the Resident Selection Criteria. A separate tenant screening service will professionally screen applications.

separate application is required for anyone 18 years or older in your household, or one joint application if you are a married couple. All applications must include a one-time, non-refundable $50.00 application fee. Couples married for at least 6 months may submit a joint application for $65. This application fee should be made payable to Steller Properties, Inc. and must be remitted in the form of a money order and/or cashier's check. Please be advised we will not log in or process any application received without the required application fee. Once screenings are completed, all applicants will be notified of the results in writing. If your application is not processed due to the availability of units, we will keep your application on file for twelve months and your application fee will be returned.
